50% of the reservation total.   

Cancellation Policy

Outside of 30 days
Deposits will be refunded. Less a 10% cancellation fee.
Inside of 30 days
Deposits will be held as a credit. Less a 10% cancellation fee.
Within 7 days
No refund of any kind.
